Steps

  1. Coarsely chop the Camembert and place in a large bowl. Add the soft butter and mash both together with a fork until combined
  2. Finely chop the onion and fold it into the cheese mixture.
  3. Season the dip with caraway seeds, paprika powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add a splash of wheat beer and stir until the Obazda becomes nice and creamy.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives and red onion rings.
