  1. Cut the beef into small slices. Mince the lemongrass and mix it in a bowl. Add MSG, sugar, and sesame oil to taste, and let it marinate. Do not add any salty ingredients during the marination.
  2. Julienne the carrots and kohlrabi, then mix them with vinegar and sugar. Let the mixture marinate.
  3. Julienne all the other vegetables and set them aside.
  4. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and bring them to a boil.
  5. Fry the meat.
  6. Add all ingredients to a bowl and garnish with fried onions and peanuts.
