  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Dice the bell peppers. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot and brown the ground beef. Add the onions, garlic and peppers and sauté briefly. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then deglaze everything with red wine vinegar.
  3. Add the potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, parsley, and paprika powder to the pot and let everything simmer for 30 minutes. Season the Bauerntopf with salt and pepper to taste.
